• Maintain your general ledger monthly for bank and credit card reconciliation - up to 4 accounts

Everything in the Basic Tier Package, Plus:

• Accounts Recievable - Update and monitor customer payments of up to 25 customers - 1 time per month (if applicable)
• Accounts Payable - Client provided invoices and statements for up to 5 vendors (if applicable)
• Sales tax reporting as needed
• Payroll - Semi-monthly with QBO (if applicable)

• Accounts Recievable - Update and monitor customer payments of up to 25 customers - 2 times per month
• Accounts Payable - Client provided invoices and statements for up to 25 vendors - 2 times per month
• Payroll - Semi-monthly with QBO or a 3rd party (if applicable)
• 1099 and 1096 preparation and reporting - up to 5 forms per year

• For new clients who have been using Quickbooks Online and are concerned that their accounts are not accurately representing the business's financial position - we provide a diagnostic review and report our findings

• For new clients who have been using Quickbooks Desktop products and want to convert to the online version.

• After the QBO Health Check-up has been completed, we clean up the business's books and accounts based on what was discovered in that process, up to 12 months.
• If a new client was keeping up the books and fell behind - we offer a catch-up process to bring the business's accounting up to date.
