Troy Ballard is the founder of MTB Services Etc., LLC, a bookkeeping and consulting firm dedicated to helping small business owners feel more confident about their financial world. With over 40 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, Troy has worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes—but her heart is with those who are building something from the ground up.
In 2015, after decades in the corporate world, Troy made a bold move: she stepped away from the traditional office and launched her own virtual business, designed to meet owners where they are—literally and figuratively.
She’s a Certified Professional Bookkeeper who recently completed both the Foundation of Finance and Leadership program through Wealthvox™ and Leaders Team, and the Profit and Growth course through Universal Accounting, expanding her toolkit for guiding clients through financial decisions with clarity and strategy.
